Responsible hospitality
Sustainable stays, for real.
Managing holiday homes well also means managing them with respect: for the land that hosts them, for the people who live around them and for those who come after. It is not a line from a brochure. It is how we look after every home.
Energy
Between guests, we check that lights, air conditioning and appliances have not been left on unnecessarily. When equipment needs replacing, consumption is one of our criteria.
Water
In Sardinia, water is precious. We act on reported leaks and give guests simple guidance to avoid waste during their stay.
Less waste
We make local recycling rules easier to understand and reduce single-use items wherever each home’s set-up allows it.
Local supply chain
Where quality and availability allow, we favour nearby suppliers and point guests towards local businesses, artisans and small producers.
Slow travel
We promote the shoulder season and experiences on foot, by kayak or by boat, instead of rushed visits. More time, fewer transfers and less impact.
Transparency
No green-washing: we tell you what we actually do, and what we still want to improve. No badges bought, just concrete choices.
The sector, and us
A model closer to each home and region
Managing different properties does not make a business sustainable by itself. It does, however, let us work home by home, set concrete priorities and be clear about what is actually being done.
The finest way to be sustainable? Travel slowly.
A cove reached by kayak, a sunset from the terrace, a slow day among the olive trees: our experiences come from the land and stay with you. It is the kind of travel we love because it is good for these places too.
Owners
Own a home? We’ll manage it with the same care.
Efficiency, proper maintenance and mindful consumption can extend a property’s life and improve the guest experience.
