Eleutheria: freedom, taken seriously

Ἐλευθερία, in ancient Greek, means freedom. We chose it as our name because it describes exactly what we offer: the freedom of guests to enjoy their trip without worries, and the freedom of owners to see their property earn without giving up their days for it.

Eleutheria was founded in Arezzo in 2023 byGian Andrea Gallorini and Gianmarco Sereni, united by the idea that short-let management can be professional, transparent and personal. In 2024 came the first homes in Sardinia, on the Cugnana hillside; since then, our professional network and management tools have continued to grow.

Today we manage hand-picked properties across Sardinia and Tuscany, and we know each one personally. Whoever writes to us on WhatsApp speaks directly with the team looking after the home, without call centres or impersonal handovers. It is a practical, hands-on model, reflected in our guests' reviews.
