Our homes sit in Cugnana, on the hillside above the gulf: a peaceful, convenient base for Porto Rotondo, Portisco and the beaches along the coast.
Cugnana is a hamlet of Olbia overlooking its own gulf, halfway between Porto Rotondo and Portisco. It is the perfect strategic base for exploring Gallura: the beaches of the Costa Smeralda (Rena Bianca, Ira, Marinella, the coves of Capriccioli) are a few minutes away by car, and in the evening you choose between the marina of Portisco, the nightlife of Porto Rotondo or the artists' village of San Pantaleo.
Our properties sit on the hillside, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub: simple, well-kept places designed for people who spend their days at the sea and want to come back to somewhere welcoming, with an equipped kitchen and outdoor space. Value for money, in these parts, is a small rarity.
Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is about twenty minutes away, and so is the port, very handy if you arrive by ferry with your own car.
